Brief Introduction

Jinzhou Dongwoo Precision Co. Ltd (JDWP) is a sole corporation invested by Wonder Auto Limited and Korean Dongwoo Precision Co. Ltd in April, 2003. It specializes in manufacturing regulators and rectifiers for alternators，with an annual output of five million pieces. The company can now produce more than 80 different types of products, and these products suitable for voltage of 14V/28V and current from 65A to 120A can be used in 12V and 24V auto electric circuit systems. 

JDWP has introduced several production lines and product testing systems from Korea, and the manufacturing technology and production has leveled up to international standards. The company has been certified to ISO/TS 16949:2002 by American AQA Inc. and has become a worldwide auto parts supplier.

With long-term Korean expertise in designing and manufacturing, JDWP has set up a technical team with Korean experts and technical personnel experienced in designing and manufacturing auto electronics, to ensure the consistency and stability of the products and provide customs with satisfactory products and services by applying the 3D&Simulation techniques, using on-line quality, equipment state data flow and network information follow-up record, adopting the software and hardware measures to detect errors, and introducing refined production management.

In order to ensure the core role in the products, through the capital and technical cooperation with its partner enterprise JINZHOU HIRVON Co. Ltd., JDWP has adopted the world top level standards for HIC design and development and top production and inspection equipment to provide the highest quality assurance for our regulator products.

From years working experience, JDWP has got approved and praised by the customs and society. JDWP has been awarded A-Class Supplier of 2005 and Excellent Supplier of 2006 by JHECO, AAA Honor Enterprise by Jinzhou Branch of United Credit Audit Co. Ltd., and Excellent Enterprise of 2005 and 2006 by Management Council of JETDZ. Aiming to continue improvement and technical innovation and create the first class JDWP brand, JDWP has tripled its product output and output value within three years of operation. In 2006, the sale income topped RMB100m, with over 2 million products sold. JDWP will grow up to a world excellent Regulator& Rectifier enterprise. Our products have not only used for auto alternators in the domestic market but also exported to Korea, South-East Asia and Europe, and the market share has been continuously booming.
